This is actually not a journal update!

Ready... Steady... Hop! Flip! Ca-- wha? What's that? The pan feels lighter somehow... OMG! It broke! D8> Let me pick up the pan from the floor... HATATATATATA!!! And the rest is history. Damn pan! I actually managed to break it and burn a hole in the floor too. Dammit! Thank god we had a spare frying pan. =3 Burned some of my fingers though. xD


So I got Kingdom Hearts: Re: Chain of Memories. And well goshdarnit! It works bucketloads better than the GBA game that I only liked because it had Kingdom Hearts in the title, and that you could play as Riku. xD Seriously, the remake works so much better.

First of all, I need to point out the game has been given additional dialogue and voice acting. Big plus. A reworked soundtrack. Also nice, as I love the KH music. Biggest plus of all is that is entirely in 3D! This makes the battles a lot easier since there is way more room to run around and dodge attacks. Still though, it's not one of the best games I played since the running through rooms gets quite repetitive after a while. Open door, fight Heartless, get map card, smash random object for HP and Moogle Points, repeat process. I'm making it sound way more boring than it is, since the visuals are pretty cool. I loved Hollow Bastion and Atlantica, for example.

I randomly grabbed my old GBA with the first Game and Watch Gallery and started playing it out of boredom. This resulted me getting hooked on the Modern Fire game. Damn, that game starts off so easy but gets really challenging after a while. Landed a score of 850 on very hard. [link] <--- this dude makes it look easy, but believe me, it's far from that. I'd be happy if I could settle for a score of at least 1000, oh well. He also plays it on an emulator, so the controls might be more easy on it since you have keys to press instead of buttons. I mean, I only use two thumbs while he obviously can use 4 fingers. (for the left-right and A B buttons)

Also, Pokemon Gold and Silver are getting remakes! OMFGBBQCRAPYES! Heart Gold and Soul Silver. (Heart of Gold and Silver Soul, heh, nice plays) I especially like Soul Silver because Silver Soul translates to Gintama, and Gintama's just an awesome anime series I think everyone should watch. XD Yeah... I just associated Pokemon with Gintama. Blame Nintendo for making up the name.
