Believe it or not but I started this off as a doodle. xD It's my first attempt at realistic shading and I am really pleased with the outcome. It's not perfect, but I think I did very well for my first try! The hairdo was a major pain in the butt at first...

Well, I guess this makes her an OC of mine so here's some details! I think I can give her a role in this big story I have in my mind. (I really need to get it out on paper sometime... xD)

Deep in a sacred forest, where evil powers can't reach, lives a tribe of Elves. The tribe protects the entrance to the Realm of the Gods. Their queen is the only one that is able to open that entrance. Therefore, it's rumored that she's a descendant from the gods.

She's a peaceful, kind and calm person, and values all that lives. But behind the calmness, she hides a great worry. She senses a very powerful dark, sinister power far away, and it slowly moves closer towards the sacred forest...
