STORY SPOILERS

Final warning! If you don't want to know, get the hell out of here.
During the story, Xion discovers who she really is, namely a replica of Sora's memories, created by Xemnas. Initially named No. I, so her Nobody name became Xion. Because Sora's memories of Kairi are so strong, she took the form of Kairi.
Xemnas created her just in case Sora wouldn't be useful to his plans. All of this explains why Xion is able to wield a Keyblade- she's a replica of Sora, and technically, not a Nobody.
When she totally loses her mind, she asks Roxas to merge with her, in order to become Sora. Roxas refuses, causing Xion to fight him. There are 4 phases during this fight, and this form is fought during the 4th phase and is her final form. She ultimately dies by Roxas' hands, but not before she tells him that he must not allow Xemnas to have his way. Xion becomes one with Roxas, allowing Roxas to gain control over a second Keyblade. This explains why Roxas is able to wield 2 Keyblades. (in case you are wondering, yes, it is possible to play as dual wield Roxas in this game, unless all the youtube vids I saw were hacked...)
Well, if you look closely, you will see that her final form resembles Sora.
I used several Youtube videos of this boss fight as a reference, but the quality of them (and the DS' graphics) isn't that good and despite the enormous size of her final form (about 3/4th of the Twilight Town Clock Tower's length), I never got to see her full body, so some details might be a bit off, especially her feet. The rest should be accurate. I mainly drew this so I could get a decent grasp on her looks myself, since I really like this design.
And Tetsuya was right- it's a game with a sad ending.

that fight made me very sad it was a fun fight but the after math i literally cried in tears.
